RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 14-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Just drop us an email at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon. 

Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns on earrings.

Time frames
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of your order (unless Express Delivery selected). For made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting process before shipping. We'll keep you informed of timelines throughout the design process. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 on all orders.
  • Orders over £150 are sent Next Business Day Tracked as standard.


All postage is insured by Royal Mail.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • Tracked Parcels (orders over £150): Orders placed before 12pm will be sent for next business day delivery.


All deliveries are based on our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday.


International Orders

Flat Rate: £15 shipping fee on all international orders.
