Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 14-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Just drop us an email at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon. 

Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns on earrings.
