Charm Bar & Spritz Events – Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a Charm Bar & Spritz event with Jenny Blossom Jewellers. By purchasing a ticket or booking a private event, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings
All event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Tickets are non-transferable to a different event date but may be transferred to another person attending the same event. Please contact us at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com to arrange a ticket transfer.
2. Age Restriction
All attendees must be aged 16 or over. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide proof of age if requested.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Event Cancellation by Jenny Blossom Jewellers
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, all ticket holders will be notified by email and offered either a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date. Jenny Blossom Jewellers is not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of an event cancellation.
5. Private Events
For private event bookings, your preferred date is subject to availability and will be confirmed by email after purchase. We require at least 14 days’ notice to reschedule a private event. Cancellations of private events made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.
6. Conduct
We want everyone to have a wonderful time! We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
7. Allergies & Accessibility
Please inform us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs at the time of booking by emailing jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com so we can do our best to accommodate you.
8. Photography
We may take photographs or video at our events for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of our team know on arrival.
