RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 14-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Just drop us an email at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon. 

Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns on earrings.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Time frames
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of your order (unless Express Delivery selected). For made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting process before shipping. We'll keep you informed of timelines throughout the design process. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 on all orders.
  • Orders over £150 are sent Next Business Day Tracked as standard.


All postage is insured by Royal Mail.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • Tracked Parcels (orders over £150): Orders placed before 12pm will be sent for next business day delivery.


All deliveries are based on our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday.


International Orders

Flat Rate: £15 shipping fee on all international orders.

Taxes and duties included in the price for all orders within the EU and UK.

Worldwide

Taxes and duties are not included for orders outside the EU or UK. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges in their country.

Wedding rings made by us will last a lifetime. We offer FREE engraving and many of our rings are Hallmarked in Edinburgh ( 3-4weeks)

We have a full collection instore but can design the perfect ring to suit any style of engagement ring. All our wedding rings are handmade and hallmarked in Edinburgh.

We strive for a more sustainable product always

We use Recycled Gold in 9ct and 18ct. 

We also have the opportunity to use SMO gold. Single Mine Origon Gold is driving positive change in the wedding ring industry where the mining of gold. There is full tracability of our gold and and the mine it derived from. Our SMO gold is mined sustainably and we love the work being carried out by our supplier.

This is perfect if you are not in a hurry for your rings. Our rings come with a QR code so you can trace your gold and see the benefits your purchase has on the community your gold came from.
