RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 14-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Just drop us an email at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon. 

Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns on earrings.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Time frames
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of your order (unless Express Delivery selected). For made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting process before shipping. We'll keep you informed of timelines throughout the design process. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 on all orders.
  • Orders over £150 are sent Next Business Day Tracked as standard.


All postage is insured by Royal Mail.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • Tracked Parcels (orders over £150): Orders placed before 12pm will be sent for next business day delivery.


All deliveries are based on our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday.


International Orders

Flat Rate: £15 shipping fee on all international orders.

Taxes and duties included in the price for all orders within the EU and UK.

Worldwide

Jewellery

Tutti & Co jewellery is made from recycled brass, plated with sterling silver or gold, and finished with an anti-tarnish, water resistant coating.

Tutti & Co work closely with our partner factory in Jaipur, India. All of the brass in our products is made from 98% recycled metals, and is 100% traceable to our suppliers in Italy.

Tutti & Co jewellery is made to last. We offer a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing or plating faults.

Care Guide

To keep your jewellery looking its best, we ask that you follow our care guide below.

When not in use store in the cloth pouch provided, or your favourite jewellery box.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and body products, as much as possible.

Please note that continuous use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser could affect the wear of your purchases.

While Tutti & Co jewellery is water and tarnish resistant, we advise that you refrain from wearing your jewellery in water for extended periods of time. Avoid fully submerging your jewellery in water as much as possible. 

You can polish your jewellery using a soft jewellery cloth. Please note that using jewellery cleaner could affect the wear and finish.
