RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer a 14-day return policy on all in-stock items purchased from our website. Just drop us an email at jennyblossomjewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for any return delivery charges. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within five working days.

For commissioned (handmade to order) jewellery or pieces that have been customised for the customer or engraved, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless previously agreed upon. 

Please also note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable accept returns on earrings.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Time frames
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within two working days of your order (unless Express Delivery selected). For made-to-order items, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the crafting process before shipping. We'll keep you informed of timelines throughout the design process. Once your piece is ready, we'll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 for orders under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • Express Delivery: £6.99 on all orders.
  • Orders over £150 are sent Next Business Day Tracked as standard.


All postage is insured by Royal Mail.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Express: 1-3 business days.
  • Tracked Parcels (orders over £150): Orders placed before 12pm will be sent for next business day delivery.


All deliveries are based on our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday.


International Orders

Flat Rate: £15 shipping fee on all international orders.

Taxes and duties included in the price for all orders within the EU and UK.

Worldwide

Taxes and duties are not included for orders outside the EU or UK. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges in their country.

Sip on something sparkly while you create a beautiful, personalised charm jewellery piece — the perfect handmade gift for someone special (or a little treat for yourself!). Surrounded by twinkling lights and festive cheer, this is the ultimate Christmas girls’ night out.

Terms & Conditions: Attendees must be aged 16+. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 or more days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable but can be swapped with another person. Included jewellery is Gold or Silver plated brass. Costume jewellery. It is possible to upgrade to silver or 9ct Gold jewellery on the night. £30 would be deducted from your new purchase.
